Leandro Luzone?

International corporate lawyer, M&A advisor, businessman and author, Leandro Luzone is the director of Luzone Group, a corporate group with different businesses, that includes legal services, financial services and private investments.

Over the past years, international clients have sought his opinion on various issues related to business challenges worldwide. He has worked as lawyer and M&A advisor for several multinational companies and its affiliates.

With extensive global experience, Luzone studied at the International Law Academy, in The Hague, Netherlands; at the Imperial College Business School, in London, UK; and he is also a World Bank contributor in the field of corporate and investment law.

In addition to being fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Italian languages, in his books and articles, Luzone talks about business, private equity, venture capital, wealth management and mergers and acquisitions.

He is married and the father of three children.
